Apartment Moving FAQ

  • Yes. We're well-experienced with walk-up buildings throughout SF, Oakland, and Berkeley. Just let us know your floor and stair situation when you book we'll plan accordingly and won't hit you with surprise stair fees.

  • Although we prefer it, you don't need to be physically present for the entire process, but we do recommend being available at the start of pickup and at delivery to confirm everything is in order. We'll keep in communication throughout the move.

  • Although we do take next day moves. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially if you're targeting a specific date. We run the LA to SF route on a weekly schedule, so spots fill up. That said, reach out even if your move is soon we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes. We use furniture blankets, stretch wrap, and padding to protect all your items during loading, transport, and unloading. Sofas, bed frames, dressers, TV stands everything is wrapped before it touches the truck.

  • Many SF apartment buildings have designated move-in times or require elevator reservations. Just share those details with us when booking and we'll schedule around your building's requirements.
